Are you ready to step into a pivotal leadership role driving high‑quality outcomes for children and young people with SEND? As the SEND Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll report directly into senior leadership, lead a team including Tribunals, Mediation and Complaints functions, and take ownership of the entire Quality Assurance Framework. You’ll shape service improvement, develop training, influence multi‑agency practice, and be at the forefront of ensuring consistent, high‑quality EHCPs. Your role as SEND Quality Assurance Manager:
• Lead and enhance the Quality Assurance Framework to drive improved EHCP quality.
• Deliver audits, reporting and analysis to support organisational learning.
• Create impactful training and tools based on audit outcomes.
• Drive multi‑agency collaboration through the Quality Assurance Group.
• Oversee and improve tribunals, mediation and complaints processes.

Your experience as SEND Quality Assurance Manager:
• Strong understanding of the Children & Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice.
• Experience handling complaints, mediations and complex cases.
• Skilled in quality assurance methodology and service improvement.
• Proven ability to interpret and present complex information to senior stakeholders.
• Background in education, SEND services or multidisciplinary environments.
