Are you an inspiring leader ready to take charge of dynamic, locality‑based Community Occupational Therapy teams? As the Team Manager – Community Occupational Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and stabilising a service undergoing exciting development and transformation. You’ll provide day‑to‑day leadership, professional direction and operational oversight, ensuring your teams deliver safe, high‑quality and strength‑based outcomes for adults who need support to maximise independence and wellbeing. Working closely with health partners, including integrated pathways with therapy services, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact at a critical point of change.
 
Your Role as Team Manager – Community Occupational Therapy:

  • Lead and inspire OT teams to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based practice
    •Drive effective triage and strong workflow management
    •Provide confident professional oversight and supervision arrangements
    •Embed service improvements aligned to the OT Practice Review and transformation priorities
    •Work in close partnership with health colleagues to support integrated pathways and seamless transitions

 
Your Previous Experience as a Team Manager – Community Occupational Therapy:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with the HCPC
    •Strong track record of team leadership and professional supervision
    •Experience delivering high‑quality community OT services
    •Confidence managing change within evolving or transforming services
    •Excellent partnership‑working skills across health and social care
