Registered Manager Adult Reablement

Job Title: Registered Manager  

Contract Length: 3-month initial interim contract 

Location: South Coast based Local Authority – Full time

Pay rate: £33.50 per hour – £Negotiable  

IR35 Status: Inside IR35 

Baltimore Consulting are working with a South Coast based local authority in their search for an experienced Registered Manager professional for a 3-month initial interim contract to support their reablement service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced short breaks service, where you will have the opportunity to lead on day opportunities across learning disabilities, complex needs and autism.

PLEASE NOTE: to be eligible for this position you must hold a Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care and have been a previous Registered Manager. 

Your duties for this position: 

• Leading service delivery to ensure safe, effective, responsive care 

• Preparing for and maintaining CQC registration and standards 

• Providing strong leadership and supporting staff wellbeing 

• Driving continuous improvement and a positive service culture 

• Ensuring robust safeguarding, risk management, and MDT collaboration 

• Monitoring KPIs, performance reporting, and contributing to service planning 

Experience needed for this role: 

• Proven background managing a registered care service — ideally LD, neurodiversity, or complex needs 

• Track record of achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” CQC outcomes 

• Strong leadership, performance management, and communication skills 

• Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
