The Registered Manager will lead their own team, shaping a culture defined by hope, stability and positive relationships. Through this leadership, children will receive exceptional care, strong role models and the foundations for brighter futures.

A £5,000 relocation bonus is available for candidates willing to move for the role.

The Organisation Is Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential childcare
  • Has at least 2 years’ experience supervising or managing staff
  • Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
  • Holds the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
  • Has achieved ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ in recent Ofsted inspections
