We are currently scaling our operations and evolving our internal landscape. With a recent increase in turnover and a fresh portfolio expansion, we need a high-capacity Asset Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and actually enjoys the “building” phase of a department.

You won’t just be “managing” assets; you’ll be refining how we handle them. We are currently under-capacity and looking for a proactive professional to bridge the gap. This isn’t a “business as usual” role. You are joining at a pivotal moment where you can leave your thumbprint on our digital transformation.

About the Asset Manager role:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse range of assets, ensuring optimal performance and value retention.
  • System Evolution: We are rolling out a brand-new ICT system. You will play a key role in its integration, ensuring it aligns with our operational needs.
  • Process Engineering: We aren’t just following the old playbook. You’ll help draft and implement new procedures to streamline the asset lifecycle.
  • Data Stewardship: There is significant room here for someone with a data-centric mindset. You’ll help clean, organise, and leverage our data to make better investment and maintenance decisions.

Your previous experience as an Asset manager

  • Agile & Resilient: You handle high turnover and shifting priorities with a level head.
  • Tech-Forward: You have an affinity for ICT systems and understand how a well-structured database can make or break an asset strategy.
  • Procedural Thinker: You don’t just find a workaround; you build a better process so the problem doesn’t happen twice.
  • Experienced: You have a solid background in asset management (side-of-house experience preferred).
