Job Title: Team Manager Adult Access, Review & Older People
Contract Length: 3-month initial assignment
Location: Home Counties Local Authority
Pay rate: £45 per hour, full-time, on-site presence four days a week
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
I am currently working with a Home Counties based Local Authority in their search for an experienced Local Government Adult Social Care professional for a 3-month contract to join as their Team Manager.

Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, this opportunity will lead on the operational delivery of the directorates older people review and access team, providing supervision and line management to deputy manages and access staff.
The successful candidate will provide visible leadership and direction to the team, ensure budgets are monitored and controlled, quality check assessments and care plans, whilst also ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
