Safeguarding Integration Manager (Adult Social Care)
Contract: 3-month initial contract
Rate: £450 per day, Inside of IR35
Location: Home Counties, Hybrid working

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced adult safeguarding professional to join our local government client as the Safeguarding Integration Manager to strategically lead the safeguarding agenda for the council and its partners. Reporting into the Head of Safeguarding, this high-impact role involves working with a Safeguarding Adults Board (SAB) and multi-agency partners to embed safeguarding legislation, improve performance, and influence policy and practice.
As the council SME, you will be reviewing and ensuring safeguarding and DoLS legislation and policies, making recommendations and embedding decisions from board level. Working with the Principal Social Worker you will offer wider support on complex safeguarding matters and Safeguarding Adult Reviews (SAR) whilst also supporting on wider LeDer reviews programmes.
