Senior Finance Analyst (Public Realm)
Day Rate: £500 per day (Via Umbrella)
Location: London – 3 days on site
Working Arrangements: 3 days on site per week
Contract: Interim – 3 Months Initially 
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to act as the Revenue Business Partner for Public Realm within the Neighbourhoods & Regeneration Directorate.
You’ll provide expert financial advice and strategic insight across key frontline services, including Highways, Parking, Parks & Green Infrastructure, and Regulatory Services. The role involves managing high-value contracts, leading budget and accounts processes, and driving value for money across complex service areas.
What you’ll do:

• Partner with senior leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Oversee financial management of major service contracts.
• Lead key budget setting and year-end activities.
• Strengthen financial control and governance.

About you:

• CCAB (or equivalent) qualified accountant.
• Strong local government or public sector finance experience.
• Skilled in business partnering within operational or contract-heavy environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
