I’m working with a Local Authority that’s looking for an Interim Mosaic Trainer to support the delivery of its Children’s Mosaic Improvement Programme. Reporting into the Programme Manager, you’ll design and deliver engaging training to frontline staff, ensuring confident adoption of new workflows, tools, and recording models.
Your responsibilities will include developing training materials, conducting needs analysis, supporting user testing, and evaluating training impact across phased rollout plans.
About the Mosaic Trainer role:

• Deliver tailored Mosaic training to Children’s Services staff across all levels
• Design training materials, guides, and e-learning content aligned with new workflows
• Conduct training needs analysis to inform rollout plans
• Collaborate with SMEs and project leads to ensure training reflects statutory and practice needs
• Support UAT and early adopter groups with walk-throughs and guidance
• Maintain and update training content based on feedback and system changes
• Deliver training aligned with go-live timelines
• Evaluate training impact and collate feedback for continuous improvement

About you as a Mosaic Trainer:

• Experience delivering IT or system training in social care or public sector settings
• Strong understanding of Mosaic or similar case management systems
• Skilled in developing both in-person and digital training formats
• Confident engaging with staff at all levels, including social workers and managers
• Ability to communicate complex processes clearly and accessibly
• Understanding of safeguarding, data protection, and frontline practice needs
• Experience supporting Mosaic upgrades or implementations
• Familiarity with statutory inspection frameworks and e-learning tools
• Relevant training qualification
