I have the unusual experience of being both contractor and client working with Baltimore Consulting. As an interim I have had many experiences with staff of many agencies. I can honestly say that my consultant has been the very best I have had any degree of contact with. Always feeling they gave a personalised service, very honest and straightforward, and someone with whom you know you can trust and work with.
Very pro-active, and tenacious, I know that they will chase things and follow things through. If a problem is encountered on any issue, my consultant will deal with it ‘head on’, keeping everyone informed and up to date , and concentrating on the key issues at hand. They are an excellent ‘broker’ of finding solutions and getting results.
As a contractor I know that my working affairs will be being dealt with, whether it’s impending contract renewals, or client sign off for timesheets etc. It’s important that I can rest easy about these issues so that I can concentrate on my assignment.
As a client I can equally testify to my consultant’s skills in building relationships and rapport but also their tenacity in getting things done. This is quite an unusual blend in being equally both task and people orientated.
