Are you an experienced Assistant Case Officer looking for your next interim opportunity? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where organisation, attention to detail and effective case management are critical? This is an excellent opportunity for two Assistant Case Officers to join a busy and supportive team, playing a key role in managing casework and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

As an Assistant Case Officer, you will work remotely, supporting complex caseloads, coordinating information and maintaining accurate records throughout the case lifecycle. This is a fantastic chance for an Assistant Case Officer who enjoys working autonomously while contributing to a wider service delivery team.

Your Role as Assistant Case Officer:
• Manage and coordinate a varied caseload, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met
• Prepare, maintain and update accurate case records and documentation
• Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders and service users to gather key information
• Support investigations, assessments and decision-making processes
• Monitor progress of cases and provide regular updates to senior colleagues

Your Previous Experience as Assistant Case Officer:
• Previous experience working within a case management, administrative or operational support role
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing demands
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining a collaborative team member
