Chief Operating Officer
I’m a caring and loyal family man. My purpose is to provide for my family and to be the best version of myself. I liken my role to being a conductor of the orchestra. My job is to create the right environment and provide the necessary resources for the individuals in Baltimore to flourish and achieve their potential.
My greatest achievement has been my twin boys. I couldn’t be prouder of them both for who they are and what they have achieved.
Be yourself. Genuine leadership is a term that is loosely bandied around but ultimately be true to yourself and your morals and values. You will gain far greater buy in and respect from your peers and the wider business.
My wife inspires me and pushes me to be the best version of myself. She knows when to support me and when to call me out when I need a reality check. In addition, I think that what Marcus Rashford has stood for and achieved recently in terms of trying to address child poverty is truly inspirational.
I’m a real foodie but if pushed I would have to say classic French.
Balance – I’m extremely pragmatic and reflective. I like to consider all sides of an argument / multiple possibilities which allows me to rationalise positive and negative situations. I use this to help other people when they are frustrated, angry and just struggling to overcome an issue.
