Interim Senior SEN Case Officer - Focus on Tribunals
East Midlands
Local Government

My client, a Local Government Organisation are currently seeking an experienced Senior Case Officer with Tribunal Experience in the East Midlands.

Requirement: Senior Case Officer

  • Contribute to the day to day function of the Assessment and Review Service
  • Manage the preparation and collation of tribunal documentation/evidence
  • Present at Tribunal meetings/hearings on behalf of the Local Authority
  • Managing work flow, co-production of parents expert knowledge of best practice
  • Draft new assessments and attend annual review meetings where appropriate

Due to the high number of tribunal cases it is essential that you have worked in a senior capacity previously within a Local Authority setting and have presented Tribunal cases on behalf of the Local Authority.

Salary:
£300-350 per day, inside of IR35
5 days per week, may accomodate 1-2 days remote working.

Start date: Mid November, 6 months with possibility to extend thereafter
