Hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 days WFH – up to 35 days holiday

We support local authorities across vulnerable subject areas, from Team Manager to C-suite level on an interim and permanent basis. This is across Education, Housing, Adults & Children’s Social Care.
With a proven track record of connecting top talent with outstanding opportunities, we pride ourselves on our innovative approach and commitment to excellence. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Education Division.

In this role you will help deliver continuous growth and expansion of our market presence. You will utilize your recruitment knowledge to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expanding our client base within the Education Division. You will possess a goal-oriented mindset, actively take charge of your own development, be self-motivated with a strong drive for success.

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

  • Business Development: Leverage your strong business development skills to establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring consistent growth and retention.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions that drive business success.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates through job boards, Linkedin & headhunting, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to share insights, strategies, and best practices, contributing to a high-performing and supportive work environment.

Your previous experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruitment consultant, with a strong focus on market building and business development.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated success in winning new business and achieving revenue targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment within any sector, with the ability to quickly grasp the nuances of our clients’ needs and the market.
  • Networking Skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Solutions Focussed: Adept at identifying new opportunities, ability to strategically plan and deliver through sticking to tasks and managing time effectively
