Interim SEND Tribunal Lead
West Midlands

My client, a Local Government Organisation are currently seeking an experienced SEND Tribunal Lead in the West Midlands.

Requirement: SEN Tribunal Lead

  • Contribute to the day to day function of the Assessment and Review Service
  • Manage and support 2 tribunal officers
  • Expert knowledge of best practice
  • Manage appeals and support complex case management
  • Must have proven track record of managing, preparing and presenting for tribunal cases on behalf of the Local Authority

£350-400 per day, inside of IR35
5 days per week, ideally must work 5 days on site however may accommodate 1 day remote working per week.

Start date: ASAP - 6 months initially possibility to extend thereafter

To be successful in this role you must have worked in a similar role and have exemplarily knowledge of legal framework and Code of Practice in respect of Special Educational Needs. If you do not receive a response within 2 working days, please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
