We specialise in Public Sector recruitment and 2020 has been a VERY busy year for us. Not a single member of staff was furloughed, in fact we grew by an additional five new hires during the last lockdown

Our focus as a business is on senior appointments within Education, Housing (property and regeneration), Social care (adults and children) and the NHS. Our business is based on placing specialists at a head of service, director, chief exec/board level

Baltimore Consultants all bill typically more than double + the industry standard, working mainly the interim/contract market, recruiting for niche, high level executive roles.  This means excellent earning potential and associated rewards

Your new job as a Recruitment Consultant at Baltimore
  • You will be sales focussed and relationship led
  • You will have a minimum of 18 months previous experience as a 360 recruitment consultant (any discipline considered, but any experience recruiting in the public sector a bonus!
  • You will naturally possess the gravitas and confidence to liaise comfortably with clients at a senior level
  • You are looking for a new role at a company that values you
  • Your business development skills will be second to none, in fact, it is one of your best skills
  • Your job will be to network with local authorities in a given geographical patch, building connections on both the candidate and client side, understanding their needs and delivering on requirements
