I am currently working with a London Borough based authority to appoint an experienced Head of Regeneration for an interim period of 3-6months. This is a time of transformation with the local authority and it is essential that they are able to rely on delivering imperative services lead for regeneration and major infrastructure projects, masterplans to enable the regeneration of areas and the development of active and prosperous town centres,

Requirement -Head of Regeneration

• To act for the Authority under the direction of the Director
• To lead a team to deliver the Council's regeneration function and provide regeneration expertise
across the Council's services as required.
• To lead the development of corporate regeneration policies and procedures.
• You must have worked in a similar role and have exemplary knowledge of Regeneration.
• To deliver regeneration projects and initiatives using the Council's established project and
programme management systems and reporting procedures
