Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days on-site)
Contract: 6 months
Rate: £500/day (Inside IR35 via Matrix)
 
A London Local Authority seeks a Fostering Transformation Lead to drive improvements in fostering services. Reporting to the Head of Service, you’ll oversee 3 Team Managers, enhance foster carer engagement, and support young people with complex needs.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead service transformation and performance improvement.
• Develop wrap-around support for foster carers and recruitment.
• Increase foster placements and reduce service voids.
• Drive team performance and service quality.
    

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in fostering services.
• Expertise in team management, performance improvement, and transformation.
• Ability to motivate foster carers and support complex cases.
