Baltimore Consulting Ltd are currently assisting a busy NHS Trust with the appointment of an experienced ESR and RA Manager. The role will provide an exciting new challenge to lead on both ESR and RA responsibility and form a crucial position within the wider workforce information team.

Main Duties will include;

• Management and administration of the Electronic Staff Record on a day to day basis and to ensure that the system provides a high standard of system integrity, data accuracy and quality.
• Responsibility for the administration of the ESR Trust Reporting, Hierarchy and the setting up of new Financial Codes, updating data in positions and creating new positions as required.
• To maintain the system and associated processes within legal requirements and Trust Information Governance policies.
• To provide and promote Workforce Information expertise to Directorates and Service departments. Supporting the Trust with a high quality Workforce Information service to enable the pursuit of corporate and departmental goals and objectives. Ensure that information provided is validated, accurate, appropriate and presented to the agreed and defined standard..
• To represent the Trust at the ESR user groups as required.
• Actively support the Trust in the implementation and maintenance of new aspects of the system and associated databases.
• To manage an annual data validation quality exercise for all Trust staff in order to maintain the accuracy of data held on the system. To ensure returns are logged and changes entered as required
• Maintain an awareness of Human Resources issues at local and national level and contribute generally to the information needs of the Directorate
