Band 8B- Between £250 and £300 a day

Inside IR35 (via umbrella)

Reporting into the Associate Director of Operations for Planned Care, you will be responsible for leading across Ophthalmology, Dermatology, MFU and ENT. This an exciting opportunity Operationally lead a team or 3 and support the Trust to deliver against service improvements in line with the Trust’s neighbouring organisations

Your Role as Directorate Manager- Head and Neck:

  • Operationally lead against the needs of the division
  • Deliver against Local and National targets within Planned Care
  • Support the delivery of new operational models in line with NHS partnering organisations and to the new processes from the local ICB
  • Performance management, coaching and mentoring

 

Your previous experience as the Directorate Manager- Head and Neck

  • You will have extensive experience in delivering operational leadership within an Acute Trust
  • You will have demonstrable experience in delivering best practice from other well delivering organisations within Planned Care
  • You would have previously supported in changes in service delivery to deliver better patient care
  • Someone who can hit the ground running with a practical way of working rather than a strategic approach
