Talent & Development Lead
Salary up to £28,000 – DOE per annum OTE £35-40K
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office 2 days WFH – 35 days holiday
After an exceptional 2022, we are looking to expand our sales divisions across NHS, Education and Adult & Children Social Care.
Your focus will be on recruiting Team Manager to C-Suite level interim and permanent placements, within vulnerable subject matter areas and working with councils across the UK. You will have a passion for recruitment and share and live our core values – Passion – Honesty – Respect – Family.
You will be either an experienced Recruiter looking to move into a 180 role or a Delivery Consultant with 12 months + experience. You will have incredible report building skills, utilising various platforms such as LinkedIn and CV Library to headhunt. You will create and manage your candidate hotlist, working alongside and supporting our 360 Recruitment Consultants.
