Senior Appointments Delivery Consultant – Education
Salary £23,000 – £25,000 per annum OTE £35-40K
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office 2 days WFH – 35 days holiday
We are further expanding our Delivery Team and looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to join our Education Team.
Our Education Team have gone from strength to strength, winning Team of the year, having 2 Consultant promotions, with an opportunity to work alongside and learn from our top biller and market experts.
Within Education, you will recruit for roles that cover SEN, School Improvement, School Admissions & Place planning, Behaviour and Attendance. Vacancies will focus on Head of Service to C-Suite Level and typical roles with include Director of Education, Head of SEN or Head of School Improvement.
You will have experience of working as a Delivery Consultant (any market/divisions considered) for at least 12 months on permanent or interim roles, thrive off working in a team environment and be passionate about recruiting and building relationships with candidates.
