Baltimore Consulting are seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex property projects within the Council’s Libraries Programme.
This role is pivotal in managing refurbishments and fit outs that enhance community spaces, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
 
About the Property Project Manager role:

  • You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery.
  • Managing multiple property projects from design through to completion.
  • Organising and implementing resident engagement activities to shape project outcomes.
  • Navigating council governance processes and ensuring compliance.
  • Building strong relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Driving collaboration and bringing diverse teams together to achieve results.

 
Your previous experience as a Property Project Manager:

  • You will bring a strong background in property projects and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience in property projects, refurbishments, or fit outs.
  • Strong understanding of local government and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead complex, politically sensitive projects.
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification (desirable).
