Role 1:
Job Title:                                  Team Manager Adult Safeguarding
Contract Length:                 3 month initial interim contract
Location:                                  Home Counties based Local Authority
                                                      Full time hybrid
Pay rate:                                   £47 per hour
IR35 Status:                             Inside IR35

Overview:

Reporting into the Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient services to ensure statutory responsibilities are met through high quality social care practices within the safeguarding team.
To be considered for the Safeguarding Team Manager opportunity, you will have/be:

  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Care England Registration
  • Have experience in leading on safeguarding within a local authority adult social care setting.
  • Line management experience in previous role/s
  • Have access to your own car with current business car insurance.

 
Role 2:
Job Title:                                  Team Manager Adult Older People Access & Review
Contract Length:                 3 month initial interim contract
Location:                                  Home Counties based Local Authority
                                                      Full time hybrid, on-site three days a week
Pay rate:                                   £45 per hour
IR35 Status:                             Inside IR35

Overview:

Reporting into the Service Manager, you will be responsible in the operational delivery of the older people review and access team, providing direction and supervision to the Deputy Team Manager and staff. Not only will you be monitoring assessment, care plans and contact forms, you will also ensure compliance with relevant legislation and offer support and guidance to workers.
To be considered for the Team Manager opportunity, you will have/be:

  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Care England Registration
  • Have experience in leading on safeguarding within a local authority adult social care setting.
  • Line management experience in previous role/s
